Lynn Gardner - Senior Paralegal
With over 15 years of experience, Lynn Gardner plays a key role in the firm’s estate planning, probate, and trust administration practice. She began her career as a legal secretary and quickly advanced to a senior paralegal role, recognized for her attention to detail, organizational strength, and deep knowledge of probate procedures.
Lynn manages all phases of trust and estate administration—from drafting pleadings and funding trusts to coordinating with financial advisors and out-of-state counsel. She has supported over 100 complex matters involving high-net-worth families, intricate trust structures, and tax-sensitive planning.
Lynn is valued for her ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and bring a steady, solutions-focused presence to every matter. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading historical fiction, and reorganizing just about anything she can get her hands on.

Molly Wyatt - Paralegal
Molly Wyatt supports the firm’s estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters with a systems-driven and client-focused approach. Though newer to the legal field, she has quickly established herself as a highly capable and detail-oriented paralegal, known for her clarity, organization, and empathy.
Before entering the legal profession, Molly served in the Peace Corps in Guatemala, where she became fluent in Spanish and developed a passion for cross-cultural service. She holds a Master’s in International Development from the University of Denver and a B.A. in International Relations from Saint Michael’s College.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling, visiting local coffee shops, following women’s sports, and caring for her many houseplants—often alongside her mini goldendoodle, Luke.
